Shipping Information
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have successfully received your order.
Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday).
If you place your order before 3:00 PM, it will be processed the same day.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking email. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
We currently ship only within USA, and shipping is free on all orders.
Delivery Delays
If the expected processing and delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, please don’t worry. Allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
If your order still hasn’t arrived after this period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email us at support@harrisonofcalifornia.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you have received an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and send them by email to support@harrisonofcalifornia.com, including your order number.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
