Cancellation Policy

Harrison of California is operated by Vyrelo Market LLC. This policy explains how to cancel an order and what your options are once an order can no longer be cancelled. It is subject to our Terms of Service and works alongside our Return Policy.

1. How to cancel

To cancel your order, email us at support@harrisonofcalifornia.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and let us know you want to cancel. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

2. Cancelling before your order is processed

If your order has not been processed yet, we will cancel it free of charge and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

3. After your order has been processed

Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it after delivery under our Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them, including the original packaging.
  • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • No restocking fees are charged.
  • Your refund is processed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.

4. Exchanges instead of cancelling

Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind about an item? You don’t have to cancel. Contact us with the items you want to exchange and the reason, and we will do our best to sort it out.

5. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, there is no need to cancel. Take photos and send them to support@harrisonofcalifornia.com along with your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Delayed orders

Orders are delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. If we cannot ship your order within this period, we will let you know, and you may cancel at no cost for a full refund.

7. Customs and import fees

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, VAT, GST and clearance fees are your responsibility. Refusing to pay these fees, or refusing delivery for that reason, does not count as a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Refunds

Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra business days before the amount appears in your account. If it takes longer than expected, contact us and we will look into it.
